1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy describes prohibited uses of the Reala Service. It applies to every customer, workspace, administrator, authorized user, guest, contractor, and anyone else accessing the Service.
2. You May Not Use the Service To
- violate any law, regulation, court order, industry rule, or third-party right;
- upload, transmit, or store content you do not have permission to use;
- process personal information, financial information, or protected categories of data in a way that violates privacy, anti-spam, consumer protection, fair housing, or real estate laws;
- send deceptive, harassing, discriminatory, unlawful, or unsolicited communications;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent the source or approval status of a communication;
- probe, scan, reverse engineer, benchmark, or interfere with the Service except as expressly permitted by law;
- introduce malware, viruses, malicious code, or denial-of-service activity;
- attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, permissions, or security controls;
- use the Service to build or train a competing product using the Service itself or non-public outputs from the Service;
- submit content intended to exploit, manipulate, or jailbreak AI features in a way that could cause harm, security issues, or policy violations; or
- use the Service in connection with surveillance, stalking, intimidation, unlawful discrimination, or other harmful conduct.
3. Real Estate Specific Expectations
Because Reala is designed for real estate teams and agent workflows, you also agree not to use the Service to:
- violate MLS, IDX, or listing platform license terms;
- publish or send inaccurate property details, offer guidance, or disclosure language without human review;
- store or distribute transaction data beyond what you are permitted to handle;
- use generated content as a substitute for legal, title, lending, brokerage, or compliance review; or
- retain information about leads, tenants, buyers, sellers, or other individuals longer than permitted by law or policy.
4. Security and Account Hygiene
Users must:
- keep credentials confidential;
- use unique passwords and any required multi-factor authentication;
- promptly report suspected compromise, misuse, or unauthorized access; and
- maintain appropriate access controls for brokers, staff, and contractors.
5. Enforcement
Reala may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or take other reasonable action if it believes this Policy or the Terms of Service have been violated.
Reala may also cooperate with law enforcement or affected third parties where required or appropriate.
6. Reporting
Suspected misuse, abuse, or security incidents may be reported to contact@reala.agency.
